Zombie Dark RP [NEED DEV!]

We're an up and coming Game Server Network called SVERA | The Sanctuary, we strive to create a casual experience for players to enjoy a service that is less focused on being formatted like other ZombieRP/DarkRP services; Our current focus is getting the main gameplay loop, UI and UX. Our vision for the service is still being developed however the main goal is to create a survival experience similar to rust in the form of the following: We are sick of the darkrp gameloop where you'd play for hours log off and lose all your progress, due to this concern I'd like to create a series of systems, to start I'll talk about the clan system, allow players to create a clan with the title of having up to 12 characters, a max clan member limit of 40(could start lower and allow players to upgrade parts of the clan variables which may be global or just per player based depending on the action like modifying weapons for example lockpick speed etc), a clan leader and member ranks, a clan storage(Which you could raid if you lockpick interact with a TC, we'll talk about the tc later), clans should be able to create a territory(it'd be nice if we could configure the range of the territory in case if we need to.), the created territory would allow clan members to build within the territory; Now for building we'd like a blueprint system to rust as well, you'd be able to spawn a set structure for: floors, walls, doors, Foundations, Stairs etc that could be destroyed and this system would include a building decay for the clan not just player based so you'd need to have a clan if you'd like to begin building, the decay would take longer based on how many souls you would place inside the TC; Now I spoke about souls, I'd like to be able to allow players to have a job called soulharvester and when you get kills(Configurable npcs would give you X amount and Players may give you more.), as you obtain souls you could go back to fill the TC(Tool Cupboard), and doing so will make your structures last for longer periods of time. I'm not sure if it has to be said but this means that buildings will last even if you log off. Along with this I'd like to tweak players inventory in which it would stop you from having multiple items in your 1-6 slots but instead a single item in each slot that you could swap out for other weapons/tools, the inventory could start with 20 slots + the 6 you have on your hotbar which would act as quickslots(not actually changing the location of where the item was but rather linking the 1-6 numbers to interact with the item inside the players inventory), since you have a hotbar I'd like players to be able to cycle between 3(for now) other hotbars to make it easier to focus on a "building" or PVP aspect; Ps it'd be good if we could specify stuff like ammo types/other crafting components to not take up slots in the inventory. I'd also like if we could have a random spawn system, the main goal of this is to remove problems caused by NLR in darkrp. And lastly atleast the last thing I can think about is a bounty system where players could place bounties on other players(Could list cash or weapons from their inventory as rewards) and similar to gtaV any player(we'd make it so clan members can't claim this) that kills the person could receive the reward.
