Background: Most of the work in developing educational resources is done for English Medium students. There aren’t many learning resources that are developed for students of Marathi medium or any other regional medium schools. The number of students appearing for Class 10th exams in Marathi Medium is approximately 10 lacs every year. Many of these students attend government schools and come from rural part of Maharashtra. The proportion of students coming from low-income families is very high. To keep up with the competition these students struggle to get access to learning resources used by their counterparts in cities and well-to-do students. Project Slyate is an attempt to provide good quality educational resources and services for students of Marathi medium and provide it free or at affordable pricing to such students. This will help the students save a money on purchase of learning resources like guide books, model question paper, 21 most likely sets, notes and tuition classes. The intent is to help students perform well in their exams and continue with their education and succeed in life. We are looking for designed who has expertise in calligraphy especially in Devanagari script to create an Indian feel logo which will be connect emotions of every Indian with it. Use of colour pallet can be decided by the designer. However we do not want too many colours to be used. The design is required in vector format to be used in web, mobile and print medium. It has to be minimalistic and sophisticated. The logo can be used as splash screen animation, preloader, timer, etc. We expect the designer to have expertise in calligraphy, devnagari script and Indian culture. We will require all the source files with clear color pallete definition and use of logo on various backgrounds Brand Name is स्लेट
