About me: I am a student from Barcelona. I need a professional to create a mobile application that I have I've been designing, but first I need to know how much it would cost to develop it. About the app: Objective: I thought of a mobile application whose objective is to connect people who need help with some everyday things, and young people who can help them. These everyday things could be: picking up the children from school; babysit; go buy food; walk the dog; etc Key concepts: -There are two different types of records depending on whether the person wants to offer help to people (service provider), or the person needs help (service requester). -The application is very easy to use and very visual, because it can be used by older people. -Service seekers have two ways to find a service provider. Searching through the search engine, or publishing short ads explaining what they need. Service providers must enter in their profile the services they can offer to be found by the search engine, and also, they can see the ads posted by applicants and contact them directly. That implies an active role for both. -The application promotes interaction between people living nearby and therefore builds community. Main features: -Personal profile, with individual, different and specific information for applicants and suppliers. -Search engine with filters, to find the person who can do the necessary work. -Private text chat, to be able to talk to potential service seekers or service providers. -Place where service seekers can publish their ads and the service. Suppliers can contact them. -A help function that explains how to use the application and suggests possible prices for services. requested, etc.
