Design logo for World-Class-Proofers

Design logo for new website to be created using ZenCart. Deliverable must be web-ready (.png unless you have a good reason why not)? , use web-safe colors and complement (but not necessarily use)? web-safe typefaces (i.e. Arial, Helvetica, san-serif). Logo should create a sense of channeled excitement and professional stability, have cross-generational and cross-culteral appeal, but not be so overpowering that it prevents the reader (prospective buyer of proofreading services) from quickly moving on and through the sales process. Image must scale well (both down and? up), both in size and resolution, for eventual use on business cards, letterheads, billboards, etc. Lower bids must consider this, but need not deliver it. Mid to Higher bids should include delivery of full-color SVG or other standard format vector-based art. My personally favorite color is blue, although that is not a requirement. A well reasoned explanation of the choices made will be considered a plus, although if writing is not your thing, don't worry about it. Impact is crucial! ## Deliverables 1. Logo should fit easily into usual template engines, but need not fill up the entire (especially horizontal space. That is, as long as the logo looks good surrounded by white space, a background color etc it can really be almost any size. The point is, this is NOT for a Flash presentation, or an otherwise "entry" page or splash screen, but will go at the top of a page filled with content. 2. I do want the name, World-Class-Proofing to be the most prominant aspect of the design. Perhaps with the dashes obvious but understated. 3. Some kind of impressive samples definately required. 4. I am in a hurry on this, my second request for bids, and will accept a bid as soon as I? feel I have the right mix of price and quality. It could be you, it could be the first one.
