Program in VB 6 to import the Swiss Ephemerius data

I need a programer who can build a program in Visual Basic 6 importing the Swiss ephemerius data in for us, with a language program to write indicators. It would be for financial trading platform, There are two prgrams currently, but they have problems tech wise. Price charts data from the CME [login to view URL] then the goal is to import data from the ephemerius to build indicators in a language like easy Language so the Astro can be seen a a chart,,,,,,,,,, Sun 90 Moon on Price chart.
