Hi, I need to create a brokerage website for automotive items. Basically I need to register my users(I need to do this so I can assign them my pre determined usernames and passwords) then, my users can post ads and make offers on others' ads. All communication needs to go through me, and all the users need to be anonymous to each other. 1. So I need all the "make an offer" or "reply to ad" to go to me only. 2. Admin is the only one who can see user information or who is posting or replying to ads. I like the site [login to view URL], however, they just connect buyers and sellers. For my site I need to be the middleman. I already have the rest of the site built, this will just be the portal for the users to make and find deals. I have a logo I can provide you with, or if it is easier for you to create a template of this system that I can then customize to my website's theme. They have software called Noah's Classifieds where I can do all this, however, I need to get this site up running immediately, and don't have time to learn the Noah's system.
