354431 joomla build from ready design

I have a website that I need build into Joomla CMS. [login to view URL]~acicc/old/ I would like to have this rebuilt into Joomla CMS. The site must be able to pass w3 validation for HTML/CSS. The Testimonials on each page should be the NEWS FLASH so that they are random selected on each page. Pages "services" and "affiliations": maybe this could be a blog list view of a category? I would like to be able to create these "services" pages and have them automatically show with the "more info (read more)" in this type of list. Photos on Right Column: this can be the 'random image' module to select these 4 images at random from a folder. Flash Banner: already done, you just need to position it. please review the site completely and bid accordingly. Joomla is already installed and good to go (1.5). You need to do the layout only. I will move the content into Joomla.
