Google Apps Script to copy and paste values between sheets

Hi, I need to process rows of data from one sheet to another within a Google Drive Spreadsheet using Scripts. Layout: Sheet1 has the data, each row represents a line of data to be processed Sheet2 has a matrix 8x14 cells which the data goes in to Sheet3 has formulas that apply calculations to the data put in the matrix on Sheet2 Sheet4 has the results in each row Part 1: Data from a cell in a row in Sheet1 should be pasted in to a cell in Sheet2. ie Sheet1!A1 goes to Sheet2!A1 but Sheet1!B4 goes to Sheet2!C3 for example (further details given in the spreadsheet). Part 2 (you do not need to do this part, but here for explanation): Sheet3 has a number of formulas that process the data in the matrix on Sheet2. Once one rows data from Sheet1 has been pasted in to the correct cells of Sheet2 to complete the matrix a number of values will be calculated by the formulas in Sheet3. Part 3: The values calculated by Sheet3 need to be copied to Sheet4 along with an ID reference from Sheet1 Part 4: Sheet1 has a column "DONE", for the row that has been processed this should be filled with the value "1" indicating that row has been processed. Part5: The matrix in Sheet2 is cleared and the cycle is repeated with the next row of data from Sheet1. Parts 1 to 4 repeat until all rows in Sheet1 are marked with a "1" in the "DONE" column. The script is to run on Google Apps Scripts ([login to view URL]). An example of the spreadsheet is here: [login to view URL] Although not absolutely necessary the script should move the cell values from Sheet1 to Sheet2 cell by cell, rather than multiple cells at a time in a range (ie move cell B4 to D6, don't move a range such as B4:B8 to D6:D10).
