client side solution in jquery to add custom tag to website content

Hello! Couple quick questions to make sure we're stepping on the same foot. From what I read in the brief you are talking about a jQuery javascript code block (inline or js included) to add to YOUR pages, which will a) pull the list of abbreviations at once and then will b) find any instances of these abbreviations in the page content and wrap them in abbr tag. Note: If my above understanding is correct, then the most suitable format for the list to be returned back to the script to use would be json. Questions: 1) It should look for "full word" matches in the content and not partial (in word) matches? 2) Should it match an abbreviation if found inside parentheses (like when you first introduce an abbreviation into a long text after you have given the full text first) or not? 3) Should it abbr-y all (there can potentially be multiple instances any given abbreviation is found on the same page) instances or some only (which -first, last, other)?
