Build a REST API to Mapshaper

I'd like to be able to utilize the mapshaper ([login to view URL]) tool through a REST API hosted in AWS. The REST API should provide the user the ability to send an API request containing a geojson dataset as a string and the parameters that allow the user to run the mapshaper application. When the data arrives at the server I'd like for it to be processed in the mapshaper application using the parameters necessary to run mapshaper that were sent in the REST request. Once the data processes I'd like to take the simplified dataset and return it in JSON to the client that made the request. I'd like the ability to process multiple requests at a high rate of speed as well with different users making requests simultaneously.
