BlueBeam Form - Time Sheet Creation

Create a time sheet using the Form feature of Blue Beam Revu Extreme. There is a free 30 day trial of Blue Beam available for this project directly from Blue Beam. Blue Beam Forms allow for a limited amount of Java Script however I have no experience creating Java Script. I need the form to have the following fields with the correct calculations: - Time In (user input) - Lunch Start (user input) - Lunch End (user input) - Lunch 2 Start (user input) - Lunch 2 End (user input) - Time Out (user input) - Standard Hours (calculation) - Overtime Hours (calculation) -Total Lunch Break Hours (calculation) I need calculations that will automatically calculate the Standard, OverTime Hours and Total Lunch Break Hours and display each of those values on the form. Standard Hours are up to 8 hours excluding lunch breaks. Anything over 8 hours excluding lunch breaks is considered Overtime Hours. There will be several employees on each Time Sheet. The foreman of the job site will use an iPad to record the hours on the time sheet for each crew member. I have uploaded a copy of our current Excel spreadsheet time sheet for your review. The Excel Time Sheet does not have the Total Break Hours calculation however that is needed for the Blue Beam Form. I only need the fields listed above with the calculation, I can layout the form with all of the additional fields after the calculations are correct. Just need the java script calculations done.
