Webhook Git Automation

Need a Script that will update a BitBucket Webhook to my Jenkins IP address? Need this to be a callable command line with curl or scripted Python that can call and automate the updating of the IP address of a webhook? (perhaps with REST) ? If this works; I have more work if you are available? General Details Please only BID if you know how to do this and are certain you can do this? Expecting this is something easy for about $10 or so and will be something person on this topic would know and understand.
