We are looking for a Python developer that could work with Flask and deliver well-structured and modularized code using blueprints. The coder would need to know how to use a REST API in order to perform actions in name of the user. Also, user interface is done in HTML5/JavaScript and we need to integrate AJAX call from this UI to the server. While applying, please, let us know if you are able to modify or work on the HTML5/JavaScript client also for the AJAX calls. Include also an estimate on how many hours would you take to create a Web application to query a REST API function and deliver results to the calling AJAX. The query contains only one search term and its contents, a JSON document, contains results entries with about 6 fields to be delivered to the AJAX caller.

Hello, I work almost exclusively with Python so I structure my code with others in mind. When doing serverside scripting, I've used Flask for almost all my projects, so I have quite a bit of experience with using it along with the blueprints submodule. I can also do client-side design as well (both HTML/CSS and Javascript/jQuery), so integrating AJAX calls is not an issue for me. If my bid price is an issue, I am always open to negotiation. Hi, I've recently worked on a project using flask which involved creating a REST api interface to a database and programmatic backed. This also involved hooking that into a javascript html5 based front end (using angular.js). The project specifically used flask blueprints to provide as pure a REST api as possible which was connected to the web based frontend. I've have experience of most front end javascript toolkits and the various ORMs that flask can use. I think this covers most of what you want for this project? I'd estimate about 10-15 hours to complete a simple web application to query a REST api as mentioned in the project description. Regards, -Tobias Quinn
