Horse racing mini site

Very urgent The project is for sales persons to log their sales and enter a competition. The Process · Every Sales Exec will be issued with a logon for the site (we will provide/put these in the db) · An email with the login and URL will be sent to the exec (this would just need to be a function that will loop the users in the db and send email). · Every sale they do will need to be logged onto the site once completed they can gain entry to the race. · Every race has 5 runners · Each finishing position will have a prize assigned to it before the race starts · The Sales Exec can select any horse · After each race the prize has is shown and the exec will receive an email with the deal details and prize they won, the prize also needs to be added to the db after the race, and the prize availability decreased by 1 · At the end of each day an email will be sent to every sales exec with a list of that days winners · The latest list of prizes won gets updated (as per the design) · A league table of every sales exec will be available under the Grand National section with the top 8 runners The Race · I would like to apply a % to each prize throughout the campaign (we will add a 'prize' table for you to use with the prizes in and their position (1st,2nd,3rd,4th & 5th) o 1st prize will win 4% of the time o 2nd prize will win 9% of the time o 3rd prize will win 12% of the time o 4th prize will win 25% of the time o 5th prize will win 50% of the time The race needs to be 'animated, i.e the horses move from 1 end of the track to the other randomly. Once 1 horse reaches the end, the race is over and whatever position the horse that the sales exec finishes, relates to the prize they win. For example, the sales exec chooses horse 4, and it comes 3rd, meaning they get a price from the table where the position matches 3rd. The % of winning is as above, meaning that over 1500 races, the following prizes would have been awarded: o 1st prize will win 60 times o 2nd prize will win 135 times o 3rd prize will win 180 times o 4th prize will win 375 times o 5th prize will win 750 times · It could mean that 1st prize wins twice 1 day and then not again for 3 days, I think this is the fairest way of doing it with out given away massive amounts of big prizes. The designs will be provided in photoshop PSD format.
