Drag and Drop feature for DataGrid or html-Table

I need a developer with good knowledge of jquery or ajax or telerik components to perform the following functions: I have a DataGrid (which could be replaced by a gridview or render a table if necessary for the developer to perform the task) that represents the tasks assigned to a team staff member. These tasks require the functionality of drag and drop between rows and columns. Specifically towards the column of responsible tasks and also towards the same column in another row of another officer. i got already developed the function to updating in each case. The developer just need to invoke it using WCF or the way that he or she preffer.
