I need someone to add a Scroll Event to an Svg function.

Greetings i need someone to help add some functionality to some javascript code.. i have a plugin that animates a div around an SVG path. i need this div to animate frame by frame as the user scrolls.. so each scroll unit (delta) will move the div one frame etc.. this can take how long you need max a month.. here is the plugin that i i need to be edited.. [login to view URL] i will send files needed on acceptance ps there is some code in the js file that executes each frame along the path.. maybe just add the scroll to this.. thanks alot..
