Develop a page in React

I am looking for a full-stack developer to work on a project. The project is written in Java Spring boot with Hibernate, MYSQL, and React with Typescript. I need someone comfortable with these frameworks. Currently, for my project, I have a Register Page from where a customer can checkout items and place an order. The type of store can be Retail (Type 1) and Restaurant (Type 2). I have already implemented everything for the Retail that is I can see the Register page with different items and the user can select the item and place an order. All of these are already implemented. If it is for Retail (Type 1) we will not have any table number when they open the register page. Now for the Restaurant (Type 2), I want to add a table before we go to the Register page. By Table I mean they will have to select a Table before they can see the Register Page. So, in a restaurant when a customer comes in first we will select a Table in which they are going to eat and then start the order. So, the flow will be, when they click the Register page, first they will have to select the table and after that, they can choose the items that the customer is ordering. To implement this, We will create a button in the store settings page, which will be under the Restaurant (Type 2) flag and only they can see it. From that setting, they can create the number of tables that they have in their restaurant organize them and save them. I have attached a picture called, floor_plan which shows what this page will look like. In that picture, it is showing a `section`, but we won't implement that for now. If any of the table is occupied we will show that the table is occupied. The table will not be occupied if they checkout the item. The user can also clear the table from occupied to clear, but we will show them a warning if there are items in the checkout tabs. Also, we need to save what they have ordered for each of the tables. Currently, when they add items to checkout and if they navigate away we lose all those items from the checkout. So, we need to save those checkout items for each of the tables. And based on the checkout item we will show them if the table is occupied or not. All of these changes need to be under the Restaurant (Type 2) flag. I have already added an int storeType column in the store table which will decide what the store type is and based on that we will write the code. Please let me know how you will design the database and implement this before making any changes. If you are serious about this project, please send me the implementation plan and the database design if possible. The backend is already done, so only need to work on the front end.
