Develop a software that combine 2 cloud systems (Amazon, Google, windows, etc...) the work will be on infrastructure layer Iaas, ask the user about the required virtual machines from both clouds, then take the results and save it. the software will compare between Virtual machines performance and will save 2 factors (Reliability and availability) to compare , in addition a comparison between both clouds in the same 2 factors (Reliability and availability). after agreeing I will give more details for the system and a basic diagram for the components and system flow. programming language: Java or C#.
