What you can do is to isolate your machine and make it connected directly to the slot by cable and do the speed test. You may require to change your password then add your devices one by one while checking the speed at each step. If all go well, you need to check installations of cables to check if there is any interferences from other high voltage cables that are near your internet cable. The last thing you need to check the Wi-Fi channels and your router position. There are some YouTube videos explain more about the types of the waves in reference to the antennas you have on your router. This is what I used to do when I worked in internet cables installation.
