Android & Apple application

I am looking to develop a simple photo gallery series app for both apple and android platform. Phonegap or any platform synching application can be used to save both cost and time. App details: 1. 768x1024 res image png format, 40-50 pics per series. All available in àrchive series on the app platform to be downloaded, feeding from a stand alone gallery based website. 2. Each gallery will be a photo swipe style with index option to jump to particular page correspondingly. 3. Have the ability to link particular photos to their social network url links via a thin transparent overlay over the image with the social network icons clickable. 4. Would prefer to keep the app very light and have it available only when connected online. The images series can be uploaded and fed from a basic website that allows the freedom to update and upload the app images myself. Please contact back if you may be interested in this project.
