In Summary I am Looking for information on each countries financial regulations and licenses needed for my Business Type. I am looking to start an online Trading signals Subscription service. My Online Business allows clients to get Trading signals on a daily basis on what stocks to trade on the American stock market. I need a basic run down of information on every country with a Sharemarket. Information i need to know: What is required for me to sell my signals to the public of that country ? Is a license required ? If so what type ? for Example: Currently in Australia for me to talk and sell trading Signals I am required to hold an AFS (Australian Financial Services License) this cost between $60,000 - $100,000 AUD and requires a small team to uphold it, with a yearly audit by ASIC. The other option is to become a Licensee Representative of another License holder (I have to adhere by their regulations and pay a monthly fee).
