Traffic Generation and Conversion

We have a website [login to view URL] which is a creloaded site.....for months we are seeing a big drop in sales via this channel, as we are coming to the main season we need to find the reason, and ramp up the traffic to the site with conversion the biggest factor in success obviously. A 3rd party has done some work on SEO to get us ranked on some key words, however this is not resulted in an increase in traffic nor sales, in fact it has seen a reduction on both. We are a small business so don't have a high budget, I am looking for proven track record in retail b2c sales......I don't have time to do content or other work. I am looking for freelancers that can look for issues technically and ramp up quality traffic and conversion.
