Hello, The problem may be bacause of the changes made to the website and sometimes these are normal, but if the url structure was changed yes I'm positive that this is the cause of your problems. To identify the problem I need the date when the drop in rankings/traffic started, because now google doesn't send any more messages to webmasters. I'll also need the domain so i can test it and see if there were any signs that the website might be penalised, signs like anchor text density, backlink profile.
