HTML Bulk email sending

Need to send bulk emails(HTML Email Templates) in emails spread over months, done periodically daily. I will provide email addresses(about 40,000) to be configured into a database, I will also provide the body content and email subject both text - IP address should not be blacklisted and you should have several IPs and domains to avoid blacklist (the emails must arrive in inbox and not be marked as spam). This list will have several personal email addresses that I have access to just to verify that the make it to the inbox. - I should have access to the sending platform so I can send emails on my own and track results Your server IP should not already be recognized as spammer. - an opt out link must be inserted at the end of the message and all opt out emails must be removed from the list after the campaign - Before contracting, you should be able to do a test on a small portion of the Database to check you results, server speed and mastering in emailing. E-mails should reach to all customers within 24 hours after sending the e-mail. Demo required. Must be able to forward all responses to a setup gmail account as well.
