Independent Musicians needed to submit Original Songs to music site

We seek original music compositions (be it instrumental or lyrical songs) to be submitted through our website. The composers of these independent music tracks must not be linked with any Collective Management Organisations (CMOs) internationally. I will give you a list of websites such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc in which you will be able to contact individual musicians one by one. It can be seen as a "spamming" job but I need you to contact only original and independent artistes. No popular cover songs allowed. Besides "spamming" them, it will be good if you can suggest ways on how to get to a load of independent musicians to come on board our website to submit their music. I would love to hear your ideas and explore together with you to do so. Although I will give you a list of music websites where many independent and original musicians will be, I like you to provide me at least 5 other websites after I send you a list of about 15 websites. Like to know how deep you may understand or know about independent music scene. This is a legit and ethical business operating in Asia, headquartered in Singapore. For musicians who submit their music to us, we pay them back royalties and there is a 'live' feedback which showcase their monetary remuneration. There are real money channeled back to these musicians because we calculate the play count and give it back to them. We hope to promote this more actively in supporting original musicians through monetary rewards. Their music will be eventually played in physical indoor environment such as retail shops and food & beverage outlets. We will be streaming their music through branded outlets in-stores internationally. However, we are extremely particular about music licensing rights.
