Develop a 'Dummy' iPad App for Demo Purposes

We are developing an App similar to Pulse App for the iPad. We need to create a dumbed-down version of it for demo purposes to show to our investors. This means we are NOT looking for a fully functioning App, but we are looking for something that we can demo to our investors to show some capabilities. What we are looking for is creating a front page, exactly like Pulse (please download and use it to see what the landing/front page looks like), where the bars scroll right to left, and back. If you can accomplish this by coding, or by using InDesign, that is ok with us. We have a FULLY designed App, with multiple pages, all using AI and InDesign, and it has been uploaded and is available for viewing in Adobe Viewer (on iPad), but need to add this particular functionality, which is the movement and scrolling of bars across the screen on our first landing page.
