Looking for a fresh, clean, "flat" animation style? You will create 25 single frames which will be the starting point for 0:60 animation about a topic of consumer law -- the problem of being harassed on the phone by debt collectors. We have a draft storyboard, script and recorded audio. The script involves a women getting harassing calls, and being helped by a lawyer. You will re-use elements of the characters in different frames. Delivery is a set of 25 final images. Vector output preferred, not required.
