2D Game Artist for a simple 10 min gameplay platformer educational game.

I'm looking for a 2D Artist to draw assets for my game. It's going to be a really simple game with short gameplay. A little bit about the game. This is an educational game on the subject of Comparing fraction. The goal is to teach children how function comparing works by demonstrating puzzles which can be overcome by using fractions. For example: In level one, A door needs 4/8 energy cells to open. Player has 5/2, 9/1 and 3/6 energy blocks. To open the door Player needs to choose the Energy block that contains enough energy to open the door but not more to keep the computer cool. In this example 4/8 is equal to 3/6, so Energy block that has 6 energy cell slots and 3 of them are has energy will open the door. Game sets in a really colourful funny cartoony environment. (See the example asset) Characters should be funny, happy and cheerful. Asset Requirements. All game assets should be modular. (For example, A lab desk should be a single drawing all decoration which can be combined with the desk should be separated as well.) The background shouldn't take too much attention also shouldn't replicate itself. 2-3 variants of similar walls should do. The background also should be distinguishable from the foreground. With pale colours and maybe some blur player should know it has no interaction with the background subconsciously. Assets must be organized and named properly. Each asset group (Platforms, props, Environment etc.) Should come with its own atlas in PNG format transparent in the background. Theme: Cartoon style sci-fi environment and characters. Reference to an example asset: [login to view URL] Assets Needed - 2D - Characters List - Jimmy Fraction (Main Character) Jimmy is a nerd looking character in a space suit. - Samanta (Helper, She can have one drawing and will be seen as a pop-up with a dialogue box. - Alien Enemy. (Not sure if it’s needed. - Environmental Art Lists - Sci-fi Lab Platforms, Walls, Doors, Props, Background. - Puzzle Elements Fraction boxes: These boxes will have circular or rectangular components on them which will indicate the total amount of slices and how much of it is occupied. A simple drawing will be provided. Energy blocks: These are blocks that contain X amount of energy. Number lines: Number lines are straight lines that will display fractions on top of them we will use it on the GUI. More info will be provided. - Obstacles & Items Props (as defined in the Sci-fi Lab assets) Lasers Atoms for points. Boosters (For example jetpack booster will allow Jimmy to fly with cubes.)
