Draw Graphs for a Coffee Table Book

Hi there, I'm trying to independently produce a coffee table book centered around some of the research Stephen Pinker has done around the improvements to mankind in a relative short period of time. I don't want to take directly from Pinker's graphs in his book, Enlightenment Now (they're a bit boring in black and white). That said, this project involves tracing the graphs highlighted in the book (I've attached pictures) and giving them a splash of color that you think would translate well to a coffee table style of book. Would prefer the lines are drawn / traced in different shades of blue. Would want a replication of what you see before you -- y axis label, x,y axis numbers, graph lines, and associated labels for different lines. Want all files in PNG, transparent, and the ability to use commercially. Happy to include you as the graph illustrator in the final product.
