jpeg to vectors for tshirts and stickers approx 300

i am looking for one or several people to copy jpegs to vectors for easy separation to print for t shirts. I will provide 10 images at a time and when those are completed issue the next 10 until all 300 are drawn - i am looking for quick excellent work . If you bid you MUST be able to provide sammples and you MUST be able to mmove quickly. If you are planning to only use an automated image to vector program and do not have the ability to manually trace and refine then please do not submit. First I will give 3 jpegs and if it is adequate i will pay you - if it is goood i will give you many jpegs in lots of 10 - as you finish 10 I will pay you for tjose 10 and then give you the next 10. I want an excellent per unit price on this and wish to discuss the financials of the project in per unit pricing - so bid per unit. i may award the task to more then one bidder regards Aleksandar
