Webid (Auction) Programmer Needed

We have Webid [login to view URL] (auction software setup for client which is based on open source software due to clients budget which is limited and we will be going with the top-rated developer within clients budget ASAP - we need this completed by 18th of October). We need to work with an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY & SKILLED developer/programmer to complete all of our requests below.... Please do not bid if you cannot do the below request, We Bid is NOT WORDPRESS. Our requests are as follows: 1) Integrate auction lots feature into the webid auction software. What is an auction lot? A Lot refers to either an individual object or a group of objects that are offered for sale at auction as a single unit. As an example, a location title name such as police auction will as an example have many items police cars available as single posts. Each lot is assigned a number in a catalog for easy identification during the auction. From the backend of webid software one can select what type of auction to select such as (single auction) or (dutch auction). We will not be needing the dutch auction so maybe that can be removed to allow for admin to select lot features in its place etc. 2) We have created 2 forms from the original Wordpress website we can pm the links and admin access etc. These forms cater for individuals and another form for businesses which allow the users to upload docs etc, that is all taken care of and the only thing we will need is to create a bridge between wordpress website/database and webid platform so that the approved user from wordpress site does not need to signup again on webid website. They can simply enter their details as entered on Wordpress site when signing up and they will be able to use the same login details on webid website. 3) Admin must have the ability to create an auction from the backend of webid website, currently, admin can only edit from backend but not add an auction, and its only allowed from frontend to create an auction. Admin must be the only one who can create auctions and not any user etc. So no multi-vendor website allowed. Bidders will only be the users who will be able to signin and bid and that is all 4) There is already a live countdown timer integrated for when an auction ends in etc, but we need it to display counting down until when the auction starts as well. As example the next auction will be live in days, hours, minutes, seconds. So we need these to display live counting down, pretty simple Please try understand that we can only release an agreed-upon payment from both parties the employer and you the developer/programmer when the job is 100% complete and when we are able to test certain aspects of it and see that it works from the above job description and the client is happy.
