I went through the requirements, do you already have the maps integrated or do we have to do from scratch. What framework was used to develop this app? I'm assuming it is Pylons or Pyramid. The task looks simple enough and may not take more than 1 week if it is just "Admin" pages unless PDF misses out significant portion of the app. Edit: I see that your site already displays map. So we just have to focus on "Admin" pages which I guess would be simple enough. I'm experienced in Python, Flask, Selenium and Scrapy. I can work on Pylons & Pyramid too. I'm also very experienced in MEAN stack. If you wish I can follow TDD using Selenium or any python framework of your choice.
