Member card designer with HTML/CSS/JavaScript

I need a html/javascript page/app that can be used to design a membership card (similar to credit cards). The user should be able to specify the card properties (size, background) and then drag and drop available items (placeholders) like name, address, ID etc. These placeholders will be used to populate the data from database. The number of placeholders (fields) should not be limited. We need the ability to add as many as we need. For each field (placeholder) user should be able to specify some basic properties like font size, color etc. Also, user should be able to add images on the card and specify properties of that image. User should be able to drag and drop fields (placeholders) and objects anywhere on the card and the app should remember that. Once the design process is done there should be a "save" button that will generate a hash string enabling to save the design in a string field in database. Also a load button will load the design from hash string. The database part is only for your reference, you are not required to develop that, it will be handled by us. Please look at attached shema.
