Jquery DatePicker with Bootstrap 3 Modal

I have a bootstrap 3 page that uses JQuery UI. I am trying to get Jquery's .datepicker() to show within a bootstrap modal window. CKEditor also has to work within the modal. I believe the datepicker not showing has something to do with $.[login to view URL] or the zindex of the jquery ui component. Looking for a simple solution. No example webpage will be given -- please build a page with the minimum to get this working. Solution must work on my website before milestone is released - must be 100% satisfied with the solution. Need this within 3-5 hours from bid acceptance. Thanks!
