Dating Website Payments

well i have a dating website its like this i have a website at the moment that is being build and the only problems i got is when it cames to the part of geting pay i ask the guy to use paypal and i told him i still want the website to to have a other payment mathod for users that dont have paypal .. the freelancer told me that stripe is what i need so i when sign up but i find out i need a u.s account and stripe dont work with my country .. and as for paypal i end up have the same problem only part that he told me that i have is that i just need to connect my bank so that my paypal can start i asked him can paypal work with out having a bank link but just geting in comes from the website he told me no so now i thinking that i need some one to make a system way that i can just get paid from my website just by connecting my card and draw out funds with out paypal or anything else but . if any ideas of using paypal still let me know on chat
