I have a piece of land and I would like to make a sketch and general plan for a strip mall design. The land is not corner, and it is 93.8 Meters long (street side) and 116 meters depth
The plan is to make a sketch, general drawing, ideation for a strip mall concept that is mainly dedicated for food outlets, with some corner anchors as well as some other services.
I need someone who can create these sketches and general images for presenting them to the bank to get an initial approval.
