Redraw two pictures (Vector- or Handdrawing)

For a powerpoint slide I need a picture consisting of two pictures redrawn: In older feminine pads fluid is soaked up in every direction (shown in the left picture as red arrows pointing in every direction). This is because of the inlay having a uniformly structure (shown as magnified picture: blue inlay with dotted dimples). In modern feminine pads the fluid is soaked in more along the length of the pad (red arrows within the dark blue area are longer to the ends of the pad then to the sides, dark blue area has an oval shape in the right picture instead of the circle shape in the left picture). This is because of the inlay having a structure that enforces suction towards front and back (shown as magnified picture: turquoise inlay with rib structure) These two pictures I would like to have redrawn to have the full copyright on the pictures. Please see the attached pictures for the originals.
