Redesign some materials and combine into a cohesive packet from preexisting files

We are looking for someone to create a document made up of materials we already have, in addition to the creation of a cover page and last page. One of the docs is already formatted into the style we'd like to use, we just need the other three docs changed to match, and a cover and final page with space for notes and contact information. This is a rush job, we need to see the first version by EOD Monday if not Tuesday AM. These materials are for an event June 1st, so we have a week.
