Alysum theme is a nice choice but take care on RTL it's a responsive design and has many css tricks and js components You'r theme already done RTL by me before, Please visit https://www.freelancer.com/projects/PHP-CSS/Convert-PrestaShop-Theme-RTL.html I've did it without any function loss or decrease in quality.
