Modify Existing Wordpress Site to Include SMS Functionality

I would like to add an sms feature to software such that a user can text a number and through a series of sms interactions with the system the category, title, description and a few other entries of a post can be determined. This information is used to create a post on behalf of the user. The whole process is automated. I believe [login to view URL] can help with the development.
