Mid Level Graphic Designer For Ongoing Work

I'm looking for an ongoing relationship with a graphic designer proficient in Photoshop, who can merge data files from a survey (through a pre-built data merge process) onto a Infographic PDF. The user completes a survey, Zapier sends the survey answers into a Google Sheet and our data merge process then imports the data onto the infographic. Once the data i merged, a simple check for any graphical revisions may be required to alignment, etc. I have a tutorial on how to do this. The infogrpahic file would need to have a SAMPLE watermark placed on the template to avoid copyright issues. We need this person available M-F 9am-5pm EST (potentially) and we would pay per infographic created. You will need to read the datamerge documentation to understand full scope. We have done hundreds of these previously...This datamerge process takes less than 10 minutes per infographic. We would be looking for an ongoing relationship not only to perform these tasks on a daily basis but also for website graphics and ads.
