Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to understand design requirements and create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms. - Develop creative concepts and execute designs for marketing materials, social media content, website graphics, and other digital assets. - Monitor and maintain consistency in brand identity and style guidelines across all design projects. - Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to consistently deliver high-quality designs. - Work closely with copywriters and marketing team members to ensure graphics effectively communicate messages and align with the brand voice. - Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs. - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high design standards. Requirements: - Proven experience as a graphic designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of digital design work. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, and Figma. - Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication principles. - Strong understanding of digital design best practices and ability to adapt designs for different platforms and mediums. - Ability to think creatively and generate innovative concepts. - Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles is a plus.
