Graphic Designer for Social Media Ads/Posts & WebPage Designs

Job Summary : We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of digital media. Social media, social advertising & webpages are the main areas of the design requirements. Role : You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of digital brand presence(website, social media pages) as well digital marketing (facebook/instagram ads, google ads etc) initiatives of the company. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to converse with you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. Responsibilities : - Study the design briefs, conceptualize & prepare visuals based on requirements. - Design web pages, social media posts, digital advertisements across channels & other digital communication materials. - Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image. - Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic. - Amend designs after feedback. - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. - Regular rollout of creatives across channels on a weekly basis. Requirements : - A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) - A keen eye for aesthetics and details - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines - Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus Working Setup & Schedule : - Remote Working with communication on skype & calls. - 2 calls per week - Mon & Thurs. - 3 to 6 creatives every week. - 2 month initial engagement.
