Extract the Santa, the sleigh and the deer, and create a similar background for the back of a play card (in vertical).

Hello, Looking for someone experienced with Photoshop to extract (crop) the Santa, his sleigh and his reeindeer (the star trail as well if you can) , and to create the back of a play card with a background similar to the existing (part of the dark sky and part with the snow seen from the sky). Adding some "snow crystals" in the air would be nice (see th crystals on the second card, which is the original back, which I want to change). The sleigh should not be vertical: this is not a rocket ! It should be 45 degres or so I would say. It can be resized smaller, positined on the top of the card and just below we could see the earth covered with snow, maybe with a few trees from the original card. Because it's a back of a playcard it must remain very neutral and sober, I don't need too many details, and it needs to be a bit darker than a normal card.
