Customize a Real Estate Website for Canada

I am located in Vancouver BC Canada and my real estate board is called "Greater vancouver board of real estate". MLS is the database of all listings/properties that is provided by the board. I need to: - integrate framed IDX search (by MyRealPage, Ubertor, or Real Estate Webmaster) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - add a lead capturing feature like on these websites where after a search is performed users are prompted to create their account and enter contact information (name, email, phone number): [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - add links to the website with predefined mls searches by type (lofts, duplexes, townhouses, penthouses, new construction, etc.) same as on these websites: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - add links to the website with predefined mls searches by area (Yaletown, Kitsilano, Lynn Valley, etc.) same as on these websites: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - add instant property evaluation feature as [login to view URL] (this is probably can be easy to implement as my website template has a “Front End Property” submission) - add market reports as on this website [login to view URL] - add an option to download pdf files (buyer’s package, seller’s package, market statistics, etc.) on the relevant pages like on this one - [login to view URL] - change the homepage and menu to include the above links (predefined mls searches by type, predefined mls searches by area, market reports, instant property evaluation feature) - check and fix if needed SEO on the website pages - translation into Russian (template is translation ready) - you can quote this separately as this is not urgent and can be a next order. I just want to know how much it may cost to have the same website in another language. The websites I refereed to are powered by http://www.realgeeks.com. I prefer to have these features on my website without having to pay them every month for these options. I am also considering another “ organic” MLS RETs option instead of framed IDX integration. It’s called organic MLS migration. Companies providing organic MLS migration, such as Realtyna, connect the MLS feed directly to agent sites instead of hosting the data on an IDX server and migrating it from there. Essentially, it eliminates the middle man and reroutes the IP addresses of MLS property pages to agents’ sites so they get all of the SEO value. I may need your help as programmers and developers to set it up if the provider of such MLS feed does not offer customization.
