Build a Website

I am looking to build a website focused on financial analysis that displays fundamental stocks data through graphics and charts. A website similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but with different usability. I have preliminary developed the concept for UX and usability and would like to find a full stack developer to help me build and program the actual website.
