S No Responsibilities
1 Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
2 Reviewing the work of designers and providing direction and feedback
3 Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches
4 Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.
5 Work out creative design concepts, graphics and layouts for various media such as Mailers, Banners, Logos, Websites, UI/UX, Mobile Screens, Contests, and so on
6 Good leadership & managerial abilities required along with great design and conceptualising skills
7 Work closely with Copy, Media and Client Servicing teams to produce bespoke creatives
8 Hands on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, Flash, InDesign, Sketching, Painting, Iconography, Typography, Info Graphics
A degree in Applied Arts from an institute of repute will be preferred
