S No Skills we are looking for: 1 Conceptualise creative ideas for marketing campaigns 2 Collaborating with design team to create engaging, rich media, as well as as writing brand-driven or conversion-focused ad copy to accompany the amazing visuals. 3 Create strategic copies for print, digital and video mediums for social media ads, Google Search ads, and various other marketing channels 4 Understand tone of voice and language style requirements of clients' marketing efforts 5 Share knowledge of creative trends with others in the team 6 Ability to conceptualise and coin taglines, headlines for ads/e-mailers based on the visuals/products/strategy 7 Internal departments coordination for data gathering and external coordination with agencies as and when required 8 Manage projects assigned from start to final submission 9 Check all copy that's generated by team members and offer feedback when necessary 10 Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly 11 Recommend fresh & exciting ideas to clients 12 Confidence in building rapport with clients and nurturing good working relationships ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About ICOMO: ICOMO is a full-fledged advertising agency.
