Build a One Page Simple Checkout

Require a simple single page check out coded. One of our staff members should be able to enter in very simple information such as: Product Purchased (name is different for each check out) Product price (price is different) Payment options available (vary slightly) Delivery method (vary slightly) For example I the employee go to the admin section and enter in: Product: Widget #557 Price: $500 Payment options: PayPal, Check, Wire transfer Delivery method: Email, ask customer to specify email Then the employee is provided a link to give to the customer. The customer visits this link and sees a page customized for his/her purchase. If customer selects to pay via PayPal and the check out button is created on the spot, with the 4% PayPal fee added into the purchase. If the delivery method is selected as "email" then the buyer is shown instructions on how to obtain their product and a text box to submit the info to us. The submission is then saved to a database (mysql perhaps?) and email notification sent to admin about the transaction. The whole page must be worked in to our website's current color scheme so it looks attractive too. Nice forms, buttons, etc. So please be sure you / your team possesses both the PHP / programming ability but also the HTML/CSS ability to make a page look nice. If this project works well we have many others in the works and coming up where we would be happy to hire you. Maybe even full time down the road.
