3D renderings of our drawings

1) 3D drawings of the exterior of the existing dwelling and existing garage. Brick with timber weatherboards. Doors/windows, roof etc. Also will have a new deck. The deck will be at the corner of the kitchen extending around both sides of the house. Also to be shown will be two new boxed gardens with pathways/table & charis and BBQ on deck. 2) 3D interior rendering of new kitchen and dining. Keep in mind we will need to show new kitchen/appliances/table and chairs/painted walls/painted ceiling/flooring types etc. Windows/doors etc as per the outside 3d drawings but from inside. I will supply the drawings/views that need to be rendered. File types I can supply. .pln, .pdf, .psd, .jp2, .3ds, .jpg, .bmp, .png, .tif There will need to be some back and forth with every drawing. We will need to review and request changes if things are not correct before making payment. You will need some flare for colours. Though we will have a fairly good idea for what colours the walls will be etc. We can supply photos of original house. This will give you the colours for the existing brick, windows/doors and roof. We are looking for 3-5 renderings for #1 and 3-5 for #2 (prefer 5 for each. So 10 in total). Please bid for complete job. (ie #1 and #2 as above) Any questions please ask. Thank you
